They are a little short with help at Nugent’s but everyone do hustle and get things done. I’m a caregiver and I have a client here at Nugent’s and I see that everyone is doing there best and this is a great place for people in need.

Some staff good other very bad multiple staff turnovers in key positions very poor mantinance of the shower room floor in section 2

My family has been here recently and in 2023, both times was great. Staff was helpful, kind and friendly. They always have fun stuff for the patients and staff, my favorite part of visiting was hearing the laughter in he hallways. Everyone I have talked to always answered my questions and addressed any concerns immediately. Facility is clean, and patients look happy. Good job! It’s come a long way

I recently had a family member stay in this facility. At first we were nervous because of the “nursing home stigma” but let me tell you, they went above and beyond. He got the best care. All of our questions were answered, call bell answered quickly. Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. I give them all a 10/10. There has been so many great changes over the last couple years. We would definitely recommend to family and friends
