I think that they could a little a more atentive to residents, my mom is 91 and is falling a lot they call me and say they found her laying on the floor and my question is where is the staff, and it blamed on her because she doesn't push the button well she is 91 and Parkinson's and dementia they should be checking on her, not impressed they could do better

I have to share what great care my mother received during her last months with us. Nursing homes were something she dreaded her whole life. St. John, the 23rd was truly a godsend for her last months with us. They took care of her. They made her days happy. The workers truly care about their patients. To all the people that made my mom smile. I can't thank you enough. The atmosphere is clean and friendly to all that enter. Each room is set up like a home atmosphere. We never really experienced a nursing home like this. To Chrissy in admissions, thank you for everything you did to help get Mom a room. Kate Julie, Krista And Don, thank you for caring about your patients! To all the numerous people that I don't know your names that showed my mom love and care. We can't thank you enough. To All of the aides/nurses that helped her and made her smile daily, words cannot express how thankful we are for you and the joy that you bring to your work everyday. My mother Mary is smiling at you and the work you do daily. You are angles on earth!

I have worked in several other facilities within PA and OH and this is BY FAR the cleanest. Staff are all very friendly and the nurses are attentive with concerns. Large portions of food with all meals. Fun activities scheduled throughout the month, including live music entertainers atleast 1 time a week, bingo, and weekly bocce and shuffleboard games. Beauty shop 2 days a week. Great place for your loved ones

Don’t go there. The nursing staff and nursing directors are the worst I’ve ever come across. My sister is there now and the nursing and rehab care are so bad, we’re thinking of looking for another place. But it’s not easy when it’s a Medicare patient. It looks great, but it’s deceiving. The first time I went to visit, I was told to wear a mask because there was covid in the building, to find out there was no covid there. Next day they don’t require masks. Be careful.
