Exceptional Senior Living. My father moved here 6 months ago and we cannot recommend it enough. The staff are friendly, caring, and engaging with residents and family members. Cynthia (Dir of Memory Care) is leading with positive energy and creating a vibrant community. It feels like a big family. Thankful we found Clearwater. Location, amenities, food - all top notch. Some nice large outdoor terraces. Top floor dining room with panoramic views of Dallas is a must see.

Upon our visit to Clearwater, my father and I were incredibly impressed with the facility. The apartments are well equipped and have plenty of safety features. The one most important to me for my father are the grab bars. The restaurant on the top floor has beautiful views of Dallas and Xavier is doing an impeccable job running it.<br><br>Overall, I'm extremely happy with the staff and the care my father is getting in assisted living. Due to the fact that Clearwater is still fairly new, I do believe there are some growing pains they are working through. The activities director is split between transportation and activities so the activities don't seem to be happening like they should. I hope the new staff changes corrects that issue because activities are incredibly important for mental health of individuals in assisted living.

The Clearwater team has literally been my rock while moving my mom into their amazing facility! Each and every staff member has gone above and beyond to make the transition as easy as possible! The facility is absolutely beautiful and every detail is centered around loving on each family. The food is incredible and the dining team goes above and beyond and are extremely helpful to all needs. I’m so impressed and comforted that my mom is in a space where she is cared for by professionals who know how to love on each resident in accordance with their different circumstances while allowing dignity and respect and compassion. I have had experiences with other facilities and nothing compares to the level of Clearwater. I absolutely love each and every person there! Thank you doesn’t even cover my gratitude.
