I moved to Missoula to be near my son after cancer and never thought I would find a senior building as great as this. I doubt there is another seniors only building like this anywhere. The Director, Rod Foster, has a staff that goes above and beyond for the residents and that's not hype. It's perfectly located overlooking the Clark Fork River with dozens of diverse restaurants within walking distance plus the library, two movie theatres, three grocery stores and the massive Clark Fork River Market. The riverwalk trail is right next to the courtyard with a short walk to Brennan's Wave and Caras Park. Currents is right across the bridge as is Ogrens Park where the Paddleheads play. I enjoy walking one block to Morning Birds Bakery for breakfast. The apartments are super clean and quiet with a perfect layout and plenty of closet and storage space the fenced in courtyard is safe and beautiful as Rod has a landscaper plant so many flowers that passersby stop and take photos. Maintenance is top notch and fast to respond. You've never been in any apartment building where the residents love the building and the staff. I'm proud to call Clark Fork Riverside my home.
