We are neighbors with this facility and it's a sad state of affairs. The facility is in a state of disrepair, I have not been inside but based on the grounds and appearance of the outside I can not imagine it's good. There does not seem to be good supervisor or actives for any of the residents. Most sit outside all day smoking cigarettes. I've never once seen them playing games or having any sort of social events. The cigarette smoke is a major nuisance and can't be healthy for the residents. Some of the residents walk the streets and seem like they are not getting proper care based on their appearance. Finally there is questionable activities by the staff and non-residents, suspected drug dealing going, loitering in the alleys, we've had to notify the police several times.
