I left a harsh review of my sister's room at this facility, not realizing the room she was in was not her permanent room. I got a call this morning and they explained to me the circumstances. I was impressed that they followed up so quickly, and I am satisfied that my concern was heard and dealt with. Thank you.

have a dear friend’s mother who is 93 years old and currently at Civita Facility. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed by the kind lady at the front desk with her warm smile. The entire team—CNAs, RNs, and all staff—are truly dedicated and caring. Everyone treats her with patience, professionalism, and compassion, which brings great comfort to our family. Congrats to the all adminystration. .

I was dumped here by danbury hospital. The claimed they had no idea I was coming for a short term PT rehab stay. I was placed on the dementia wing and as a fall risk couldn't access the bathroom safely. The food was disgusting it was not clean, 2 of the staff members told me to sleep with an eye open because it wasn't safe. It took 2 hours to receive medication after I pushed the call bell. They way they treated the patients was horrible I wouldn't leave a lived one there. I left as fast as I could

The staff is nice they assist me in every way they can. The nurses really help me in all my care. The room are tidy, tight but manageable. The food need some work, not the taste but the warmth of it. It could be more hot. Overall the facility is somewhere you can go to for rehab and in my case, live comfortably
