Great management coming from Samantha and Jessica.Maintance will be done ✅ within a reasonable time keeping in mind that we live in a facility with 3 floors.Once a request is Put in Ruben or John will take care of any issues.Residents just need to pick ⛏️ up after themselves and pick ⚒️ up after their 🐶 dogs. Overall a nice place to live in.So far so good 💯. On the dark side people need to dispose of their cigarette 🚬 butts in the proper smokers post and 🍺 beer bottles and cans in the trash 🗑️. DOG 🐶 feces NEEDS TO be picked up by the owners and disposed of in the proper containers located throughout the complex. Act like a responsible Adult not 🚫 a FREAK OF NATURE🪳

Grateful "I" (have no serious issues) sinuses/head bacteria issues, ease dropping, video-records private conversations, lies & laughs, creates stress, indigent, prejudice, nit picking, confrontational, favoritism ...I tried Really gets on my NERVES..,.neg.staff<br>MICHEALS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is a phenomenal corporation THX,KUDOS<br>Moving bc of &. family issues ..seek PEACE

It was so hot when I walked in the door. The apartments are small. The halls were a bit dark seems all the light weren't on.
