This is a really sweet community. I got to tour it and the homey atmosphere is wonderful. Great amenities, transportation, activities, good dining options and they’re well staffed. I would definitely feel comfortable placing a family member here.

Stopped by Churchill Estates Retirement and Senior Living and was really impressed with the property. The building is large, well kept, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. It feels like a place where residents can be comfortable and families can feel good about their loved ones being there. Lisa at the front desk was especially kind and helpful when I came in. You can tell the staff care about the community and the people who live there. Overall it seems like a really nice senior living community with a warm and friendly environment.

The communication between the med techs and caregivers needs addressing, I witnessed the caregivers being talked to very rude. And I also have been treated like I was bothering them, I got more respect from the caregivers. I really think the residents of this facility deserve better. I'm glad my mom isn't going thru all of the nonsense going on there. It's seems like the med techs don't respect anyone on the swing shift. They need better train, also caregivers keep your heads up.

My parents have been living here for just over a year. They are clean and well fed. The staff is great about communicating with me if there’s a fall or a question. It feels like a little community down in memory care. The residents seem calm and relaxed. There were some changes to administration earlier in the year. My opinion is that this has been a good thing.

My grandfather died here. His death would have been prevented if the staff could’ve done some of the simple things he needed like opening a drink. I’m sure the fax machine is likely still broken, since they somehow couldn’t get ahold of his doctor at the time. They lie about checking on patients, they lied about checking his pacemaker, which failed due to a low battery. He was the kindest man, and he deserved better.
