I'm so impressed with the team at Creekside! From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with smiles and support. The building has a ton of character and felt clean. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for rehab or long-term care!

Had a parent who had a bad fall that created severe cognitive decline. She was in Creekside rehab care for a little over 3 weeks. I was very content with the caregivers and she enjoyed their help. It's a good place to heal up for any amount of time and if I had a debilitating injury, I would not hesitate to check in to recover. Care givers Cameron, Cole and Trinity were exceptional and Courtney who works with medication dispensing was particularly kind and helpful.

Weird experience.

I had a family member rehabbing here and had called them earlier in the day. I got a call back from them just before 10pm and was left a weird message where a woman can be heard giggling and clearly saying saying “You’re a little weirdo.” and “You’ve got me all flustered.”

I listened to the message and called back and had a similar sounding woman pick up the phone, I explained that I had gotten a strange message from that number, the woman seemed taken back and a bit rude. She repeatedly asked who I knew that was staying at the rehab facility, which felt like an odd question to be repeatedly asking when I was asking about the message that had been left on my phone.

I called back the following day and spoke to the main receptionist who said she would have their HR person reach out to me. No one did, and I called back a few times.

I also reached out to their parent company not looking to get anyone in trouble just throughly disappointed in the lack of consideration for what had happened.

I would not recommend this place for someone to leave their loved ones, and I hope they examine how they respond to people in the future.

Picture of the voicemail transcription below. Love this place. The staff are outstanding, and the residents are genuinely happy. If you’re looking for luxury looks, this may not be the place for you (management is improving the facility but the bones of this old building have taken presidence)— but if you want exceptional care and real results, this is where you should come.

Creekside Rehabilitation Center has shown me repeatedly that they refuse to do their jobs and will not take responsibility for the harm their inaction causes. I have reported for months that my husband, who is a resident there on Medicaid, is refusing to transfer his income as required by Oregon law. This has created direct financial harm to me as the community spouse. Creekside has dismissed every report, ignored required documentation procedures, and refused to notify the Ombudsman or cooperate with DHS, even though these steps are mandatory. They claim they cannot collect or enforce anything, yet it is obvious that if Creekside were the ones owed money every month, they would have no trouble taking action. Their excuses only appear when the harm is happening to the spouse rather than to their own bottom line. Families deserve a facility that follows the law, communicates honestly, and protects both residents and their spouses. Creekside has failed at every one of those responsibilities.
