It should be - 5 stars but you have to pick 1 star nurse was putting eye drops in the wrong eye (wife) when I said something she got mad at me. My wife and I told nurses every day she no long uses the nose spray but again nurse tried giving her the nose spray again we told the nurse and she got mad Christopher houses Doctor said wife should get prune juice in the morning to help with constipation and she was going to put on her chart . She never gets it unless I go ask for it and then they blame the kitchen or tell me to go look in the fridge. I asked to speak with the director days ago as I’m here all day with my wife I still haven’t seen the director yet Update: I was told wife would get 2 hours of PT a day 7 days a week but she only getting one hour a day and none on the Saturday Today no one came in to check on my wife except the nurse came in this morning to give her meds. The sheet on her bed hasn’t been changed in a weeks! sheet has foods stains from day one! Lunch tray is still in room at 4:03 pm UPDATE:THE NP AT CHRISTOPHER HOUSE IS VERY GOOD! Better than the doctor who seen my wife. There is sunshine after all ! Update: 6/24 They misplaced my wife’s eye drops for her glaucoma so she again didn’t get her meds Her buttock is all red because they are not wiping her correctly! This only a few of the issues with this nursing- rehab facility

This is a great Place!! My mother had previously been in other places and none of them can be compared with Christopher house. The place is amazing and the staffs and people from the office are amazing.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs great care for their loved ones. The service coordinator at this place took the time to explain everything to us in such kind way. The nurse in this place truly care and love their patients like their own family. Every single person we found along the way made this experience the most comfortable for my mother. Thank you Christopher House, and everyone apart of the staff.

Horrible. Lorna, an employee of some sort, told my husband to "Get out of my face" as he was trying to help his sister get on the ambulance cot for emergency transport to the hospital. She then told the nurse manager "I want to punch him in the face". If she's treating a healthy 6' man that way, how is she treating a dementia patient? Despicable. We also found her in her room, shades closed, cold breakfast away from the bed at 11:00 a.m. More that I won't get into here. I'm hoping there are some caring and capable nurses and aids there for the patients' sakes, especially those with dimentia

I so appreciate that attentive care and the communication from the staff regarding my mother. Amber and Lynn are always keeping me informed and the nurses I saw today treated my mother with patience, kindness, and dignity. Thank you!!

A loved one went here for rehab. Instead of getting better, he declined. Communication is horrible. They wait days before informing HCP of any medical issue. Most days, most of the nurses and aides are seen on their cell phones and won't even look up to acknowledge a presence. Belongings went missing. I would not recommend this place to anyone! My loved one is home and flourishing with in home services, no thanks to this place!
