Missed illness. Hospitalized. Sepsis ocurred due to infection missed by staff though, jaw swelled up massively.<br>Hospitalized unconscious three days. So, during this time CWV chose to send my daughter my LEGALLY FAULTY EVICTION NOTICE!!!<br>While in Rehab staff began campaign of intimidation and abuse by Nursing Supervisor, K & Director of Assisted Living, KW, next day. Once, I returned home the intimidation continued, in earnest.<br>Upon my return to my apartment in CWV Assisted Living Facility (ALF) the intimidation became more concentrated from the RN, to the Director of the CWV compound.<br>Not once was I SHOWN any documentation. Except for the Director, TG, who claimed he had things with him, calling me a liar saying when he came into my room he had documentation. Yet, I was given NO COPIES!<br>TG also, insisted I sign a BLANK PAPER. I was threatened with expulsion if I did not sign.<br>I was barely begun to heal from this deeply dangerous infection.<br><br>Food was always a problem. The choice of low quality of meal offerings was always problematic. Food was largely pre-cooked, breaded, requiring frying or baking. Meat of all kind was either poor quality or chicken. Often dry, shredding. Weirdly they employed a trained, experienced CHEF!
