Since the center is under new ownership I can definitely see a big improvement. The facility was clean and it smelled fresh. The CNA’s were professional and very tentative. When I advised the CNA my sister needed assistance, CNA Cheyenne Armstrong said she would locate her CNA. Two minutes later Ms Armstrong came to room said she couldn’t locate the CNA assigned to my sister so she would take care of my sister’s needs. Ms Armstrong was polite and very professional. The second CNA was Cheyenne Carroll she was the night CNA assigned to my sister. She was attentive and made sure my sister was comfortable. I pray the facility continues to make improvements and maintain the cleanness and quality I saw that day. Also kudos to Mr. Tim, for taking the time to meet with me and answer all my questions. Nice improvement team keep up the good work!

The staff here is really friendly! I especially appreciate the activities guy, who always brings a positive energy. The nurses are wonderful, and the therapy team is fantastic. Plus, the food is served hot, and the rooms are nice and spacious. Overall, the customer service here is excellent! customer service

The staff here is simply amazing! They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every day a joy as they interact with the residents. The therapy team is fantastic, and the nurses are patient and warm-hearted. The rooms are spacious and comfy, while the courtyards are a lovely, peaceful escape filled with beautiful flowers. It’s a wonderful place to socialize and enjoy some fresh air!

Just got here a few weeks ago xferred from Shoal Creek in Crestview (total nightmare)by my request. I had heard a few bad things about chatauogua months ago but a close friend said there was a new administrator and good changes are being made.. Desperate to get out of Shoal Creek (less than 1 star rating from medicare), I took the plunge. Best decision I've made in a long time. I was greeted at the door as 'welcome to the family'. Tears still fall as think of that.. after feeling "stuck" and traumatized from Shoal Creek in Crestview I waited 4 the 2nd shoe to drop.. but it hasn't.. The new administrator, Mr. Tim is always available.. very personable.. and reputable in the field and knows his stuff. Highest respect for him but I feel like I'm talking to a genuine family member. Staff always focused, dedicated to each special need .. not constantly complaining.. today my nurse was dancing electric slide with residents.. activities are fun and plentiful.. the food is really good, hot, nutritional and I never leave the table hungry like before. A high 5 for all changes made. This is my home now.. my family now.. I finally have peace in my heart and mind..

The staff here are truly amazing. Every person I’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward the residents. You can tell they love what they do, and that makes all the difference
