My husband was in Carrington Manor for aprox 3 months with Altimzers before he passed... A wonderful place. It's a home from home and I was so happy that my husband stayed there. In my opinion there could have been no better place......Thank you Sandy....

Can't say enough about the care and love that everyone has shown to my family at this difficult time. They have went above and beyond and my family feel blessed to have them taking care of our mother..

I am still waiting for someone to email me an explanation about why my mother, Stephanie Ermis, was placed in your facility over 2 years ago and why I was finally contacted last month about it, and also told she will go on Hospice soon which just happened. I could not do anything to help my mother in all the years prior to her being placed into your facility because she refused to tell her children where she was living and how to contact her, but since apparently the Crestview police, and FWB Memorial became involved in her life and she was placed (by some mysterious entity) into Carrington Manor - there is no reason I can think of that would make it difficult for the Director of Carrington Manor to email me the persons I need to talk to to find out what has happened to my mother these last 2 years and to answer questions about what was going on with my mother during the last 2 years she has been with you. I have contacted all the people I thought I was "told" about that could help me get answers, but none of them helped. Everyone was made aware of my situation as a full time caregiver of a non-verbal autistic son living in Maryland which is a 16 hour drive to Florida. I kinda thought if anyone understood what "being a full time caregiver of a disabled person" was like and why emails instead of phone calls would be easier on me, it would be an Assisted Living Facility Manager. If you like - I can just ask all the questions I asked in my emails again on your Facebook page if that helps you since your email system must still not be working.
