My father is currently a patient there considering hospice care and the nurses now are telling me that he doesn't want to talk to me I live in Georgia they are extremely rude and unprofessional and it just does not seem right saying that he doesn't want to see or talk to me at all and I have no proof whatsoever for him to be that way. They literally said we'll let you know if he'll die. So I can't see my dad anymore.

My mother was here for two weeks all of her meals were unappetizing and unedible. Medication was always 2 hours or more late. After being cleared for release by the PA, my mother went to the social service worker to tell her she would be leaving and was informed by the social worker that it would take another week for the paperwork to be in order. She told my mom that if she signed herself out and was not back by midnight, she would be reported as a missing person. The facility would not produce an AMA waiver in order for her to leave before the other paperwork was processed.

We were pleased with the care provided to our loved one during their stay for physical therapy. The nurses and CNAs were attentive to the care needed and remained in communication with the family.

DON'T PUT YOUR FAMILY IN THIS HELL HOLE! I had to file 4 grievances within 5 days! They dropped my grandfather on the floor twice, told him to "piss in his diaper" Even though he's fully continent! Made him lay there in the soiled diaper (that he DIDN'T NEED TO BEGIN WITH!) resulting in a diaper rash that's so bad, we had to get medicated ointment. They were wiping him with WASH RAGS, not wipes, tearing his little fragile skin off of his bum. Causing it to be bloody. The nurse wouldn't give him his PAIN medication, I'm POSITIVE she was taking it herself! 😡 He had to lay there for 5 days with nothing for pain, and the only assistance he received was the people bringing the trays of food (which consisted of scrambled eggs and one piece of toast for breakfast, and a tiny burger patty for dinner) I pretty much lived up there with him the entire time because I was so afraid they were going to actually kill him in there. My husband and I had to lift my grandfather and put him on the toilet, then tuck him back into bed otherwise they just leave the elderly sitting in the wheelchairs all day long. I witnessed other elderly people being abused in there as well. I tried to help everyone I could😭 I have no idea how this place is still running. It almost feels like a money laundering scheme because it's surely not going to the health care. Thankfully I got my grandfather transferred to a great rehab facility. And he is already doing leaps and bounds better! Within 3 days at this new place He's already walking again! No diapers, no pain, and no begging for simple humanly needs. My grandfather is a retired lieutenant colonel from the Air Force. He flew fighter jets. No one deserves to be treated this way. Please don't send anyone you care about here! I have videos to prove everything I'm saying. This place needs to be shut down and I plan on suing.

This facility is the worst. My wife was here and she was in pain most of the time. She would cry because of it. When the nursing staff heard her, they shut her door rather than trying to assist her. When I came to visit, they would come in often to make a show of how attentive they where. It was just a show. The rehab team has no compassion. My wife was either in pain or sick when she was there, and the rehab team told her insurance that she refused to go to rehab. The insurance quit paying. If you value the life of your loved one, DON'T send them here.
