The food is the worst. Was there 1 month and PT and OT were excellent. But, then I had to deal with 1 extraordinarily rude and inept nurse. Made me wait 2.15 hours once (when I had just arrived and was in a lot of pain) for a muscle relaxer. Called her out on it and she had nothing but lame excuses. And, she is definitely not one of their best nurses. Every interaction after that was painful. Lazy at her job. Chelsey and Brittany are their best RNs. Hope they are getting the recognition and salary they deserve. Then there are some excellent techs and some really half good ones. Denise, CJ and Macy were great. I also met many other good people, activities being one of them. I feel bad for the old folks who live there and have to eat the food. It's an old facility and the AC and heat sometimes work. Maintenance was constantly working on it.

Grams was treated well during her time in this facility, and the ladies that work her are always super nice to me every time I get lost trying to find where I'm going. (I always get lost in the hallways).

My grandmother was in this facility for a year. I visited about once a week. I saw kindness, care, and the same staff visit after visit. They became friends, as did the other residents that lived there. I was always pleased with the cleanliness of the facility as a whole, the clean smell, and the cleanliness of my grandmother's room. She was unable to care for herself but they did that job for her. They built relationships with her. It was a very hard decision to have to move her into a nursing home so to see that people loved and cared for her as she was, meant so much to our family. I appreciated the communication they had with us when any issues would arise or if they had a suggestion on something that would make her more comfortable, and they were also receptive with our concerns or suggestions. As her time drew to a close, the care and attention they continued to give her, as well as our family was top notch. I hope this review helps you and your family, this is never an easy situation to be in. God Bless.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff! My grandma went here for short term physical therapy and loved it! Everyone treats you so nicely and are very patient with the elderly clients. They make such a great impact in their clients lives and truly help them rehabilitate.

The nursing staff provided excellent care for my grandmother as well as my great-aunt. The staff has always been friendly and hands on. The facility is very well managed and during our weekly visits it was always very clean and neat. I would recommend Crestview Rehabilitation Center to anyone who is in need of care for their loved one.
