It’s never easy to write a review. Sometimes it becomes more of a novel so I’ll do my best to make this short. Not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Staff really makes you feel like a part of the family between the janitors , Housekeeping , CNA’s, nurses, kitchen, activities, and to all the executive staff.. If you’re truly looking for a place for your loved one, look no further.

My family had a really positive experience with Chatsworth Park Health Care Center. The staff was kind, attentive, and always willing to answer questions or provide updates. It was reassuring to see how much they genuinely cared about the residents - not only checking in on their physical well being but also staying connected with them emotionally too. The facility was clean and welcoming, and it gave us peace of mind knowing my grandma was in good hands.

This place is amazing. They truly care about every resident. Ever since I came, I have been treated with respect and I see everyone going above and beyond their expected duties to make sure all is us residents are satisfied. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing care, I feel well taken care of and wouldn’t want to go to another place. Thank you everyone at Chatsworth making my stay feel like I’m at home.

Love Jose! attentive, has great communication, follow through & conversation is outstanding. Nurses are quite attentive. Mom didnt need person hygiene care though I caught some staff dressing her & moving her around in a wheelchair. I reminded staff she was independent and not to dress her. She is ambulatory,no wheelchair please. Food was pretty good compared to other facilities. Rooms were clean. No funky lingering smells.

I've been in and out of this facility since March 2024. I went to another place they were awful 😭. So when I had surgery and had to go to a different place, I choose Chatsworth Care Center. I have NEVER regretted it. The Staff here is Very Caring to the Patients. Right now I haven't been able to get out of bed. The Staff always checks to see if I need Anything, all day and night 🤗. Ricky used to be my nurse till I got transferred to another room, I LOVED him cause he was Always there to Help me. He even helped if I was having trouble with my crafts. My Daughter's even Joke with him all the time. He needs a Raise for all he does. ALL my CNA are Wonderful People. They always see if I Need Anything. They always make sure I have my Ice Water and Ice,I use a lot. Also another person I appreciate is Mark, he does the announcements in the morning. He talks Loud but they really need to put speakers in the rooms because EVERY time he gets part way through some WONDERFUL Person (Ha Ha) stands outside our door and talks Loud. Not his fault. Like I said Everyone has been Great. Mark also always gives me a Daily Chronicles (I LOVE to read it) Danica is another person who goes out of her way to help. I hope I didn't forget anyone. YOUR ALL FANTASTIC. THANK YOU and God Bless you for all you do 🤗😊🤟🌹🙏🇺🇸 One thing I would like to suggests is you give everyone a Menu ( they do for me) cause a lot of people don't like or can't eat everything. If you give everyone a Menu they can cross out if they can't eat something. It will SAVE you a lot of WASTE. Sorry again.😞🤟🇺🇸.
