Charter at Hobbs is such a beautiful building and they treat their residents so well! I am so happy that they are another local business in the Plainfield area that helps seniors. Lauren has been so amazing to work with and always replies to me so quickly, I am happy to have her has a partner in healthcare

My Father was a resident in the Memory Care at Hobbs until his passing.<br>The staff was amazing, He was treated with loving kindness and respect.<br>We were welcomed on our visits and felt a very real family type atmosphere.<br>The facility is Very clean and comfortable.<br>I am so happy he was there and his last days were pleasant and comfortable.<br>I will be forever grateful we made the decision to move him there.<br>We have a deep respect and affection to the staff at Charter Hobbs Memory Care.especially Carrie.<br>GOD bless you all and again we Thank You.

Charter senior living has an amazing house keeper Shelley always does an amazing job cleaning my apartment and I feel confident leaving my apartment knowing she will always do a good job cleaning and if your looking for a place for your loved ones that has a good house keeper I would highly recommend checking out Charter senior living and if you mention her name to the manager she could possibly get credit for her hard work I am posting this not only hoping that Shelley will receive the credit she deserves for her hard work she does every day but also because I have had alot of trouble with house keepers not doing there job well at the last couple places I have been in and I am so impressed with her work

My Dad, who has alzheimer's, stayed at this facility initially for a 60-day respite stay and we extended his stay for a few months. First of all, let me say that the staff was very compassionate and kind to him during his stay. This is a newer facility and there were some communication challenges along the way, but LaShelle, the executive director, was very helpful in getting most of these resolved. Seems like there were a lot of staffing changes during my Dad's stay, but this is to be expected with a newer facility. This facility does not offer long-term care which is why we transitioned my Dad to a different facility, one that will be able to meet his long term care needs as the disease progresses.
