My wife and I moved in with our cats and dogs. We were the first people in the building! At that time we thought this would be a forever home. After former management issues we had doubts. When Charter took over in 2025 things dramatically changed for the better. We love all the smiles on the faces of our extended family here at Charter and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We feel like this is our home again and couldnt be happier!
