Received care from Charter Oak Home Care for my dad who has Alzheimer’s. They were so good to him. His assistant home care person was wonderful and very helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond to help us out. This last year was very difficult and things changed fast. I would recommend them in an instant!

My mother was discharged from the hospital and immediately I got a call from this company saying that they are coming to continue with home care and physical therapy and occupational therapy They will call the PCP and get further information That was on a Wednesday night! I never heard back from them! I called them on Friday and said that we were waiting for the call to set up the visit. He said that we were denied! I asked him why did they not call us to inform us? He just hung up! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The bought out the previous provider and let everyone go! This company is not worth your time and energy! They are only interested in profit!!!
