GREAT STAFF, BUT- If you own this property you should be ashamed of yourself!!! I will be reporting this property to the health department. The good: I encountered some very nice staff, and one kind nurse provided her own fan off her desk to help a overheating patient due to cheap owners having AC disabled in the rooms and the entire building. The bad: I found many violations in plain sight: 1: patient room was 79 degrees with thermostat disabled, absolutely inhumane on a 90 plus degree day 2: mold covering ceiling in mens public bathroom 3: both elevators licenses were expired 4: leaking ceiling on 2nd floor causing WET FLOOR FOR PATIENTS TO FALL ON 5: Various broken windows 6: severe lack of maintenance throughout Property owners and those responsible: It is absolutely appalling to operate any facility of such conditions, especially one to help injured or the elderly recover. It is clear that all you care about is making billions off of neglecting to care for your employees and patients. I would start managing your facility better immediately. I am sure the Ohio health department will not appreciate this.

I am a resident here. Never would think of anywhere ℹ be other than here. The nurses and aides have been phenomenal. Anytime I need help they are right there to take care of me. Administration has been amazing and willing to go out of the way to please its residents.

this place should be shut down treated my dad so horribly literally were killing him hes peeing blood from the catheter he didnt need werent giving him any medication he needs to live no food pills gravy meatloaf stuff he absolutely cannot eat i hope this place gets shut down please do not let you loved ones go here. this place is horrible. wouldnt help my brother get him out to go to the hospital my brother had to build a wheelchair to get him out get him in the car himself these people are horrible
