Older Building, built in the 80's.
Worn Hand rails from many years of use. PT, OT, SLP available for Rehabilitation Patients. Worn older building but you will find the Staff very Accommodating!
I've actually seen Ryan the Director there, hosting the weekend ☕ coffee for residents in the morning. 🌄 Chef Brandon and Dietician Leah check Allergies and preferences on each patient. Chef Brandon actually checks back with patients to see how they are enjoying the food and what can be tweaked to make it more enjoyable. I have sampled the food and it's delicious! I have been surprised by this facility. Near to home in Chardon, I could visit my loved one every day, that was the best feature.

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!!! the staff no matter what shift they have on do not care or want to help you. The wait on the nurse call button easily wait time is over an hour. The clothes you bring your loved one to wear while they are there will get stolen and will be put on other residences the next day. The food they provide isn't cooked, warm or even decent to look at. The physical therapy last two minutes and no one is even at the reception desk to check in so anyone can just come in no problem and they barely bathe or change the patients so the aroma of fecial matter and urine is constant. Its a very sad living cementary avoid at all costs
