I am a u s army veteran and my treatment here is great by some like the head nurse mid and the cna shea they go out of there way to help the patients and there are others,but some employee,s could learn from them.

I have to say everything is great here, people with genuine good hearts. The food is delicious. Mid knows how to have a good time, Angelika the scheduler always is nice to me. Just to name a few.

What stood out the most was the sense of community. From housekeeping to administration, everyone treated me with respect and kindness. I also witnessed many residents engaging happily in activities, which speaks volumes about how they're treated. I’m grateful for the care I received at Central. It’s clear the staff here are passionate about what they do, and I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation or long-term care for a loved one.

Central nursing home is the worse place you could ever be. I was there for short term rehab due to a spine injury and during a physical therapy session i was dropped on the floor after I begged them not to make me try to stand. Sometimes we'd get 1 hard boiled egg for breakfast and other times we'd get nothing. They double dose patients to shut them up and are careless when administering meds. They gave me heart and seizure meds that belonged to someone else, thank God I looked at what the pills were before I took them. They don't have enough linens, towel , pillows etc. No wipes no diapers the place has furniture and equipment from the 80s and had roaches everywhere i have the pictures to show. They tried to force me to stay against my will lying to me telling me I had an infection, then they said it wasn't safe for me to go home. It was a nightmare. I have so many horror stories about that place and all the people who've had bad experiences there should get together and start a class action law suit against them. Don't take your family members there ever.

It's clear the new management is not just "tweaking" things. They're rebuilding the foundation with a focus on compassion, professionalism, and long-term quality. While there's always room for continued improvement, we feel more confident and relieved knowing our loved one is on a place that's actively evolving for the better. Highly recommended if you're looking for a facility that's genuinely on the upswing.
