My Physical Therapist, Robert was very effective with the exercises he chose for me. I was practically immobile 3 months ago, and now, Robert and his Supervisor Phillip passed me as "well improved, our services are finished here". Thank you, CenterWell!

When they started coming to my house I was not able to walk with a walker or my cane. With the therapy I received I am now able to walk in my house and outside also. I appreciate this team for the help they provided. If I ever need help again this would be the team that I would want to call.

Not really sure why vitals had to be taken each time when my prescription was for joints and needed more rehab time. Waste of my time and availability plus insurance. Social worker is very concerned with covid too remove mask and be. Effective......0

I was so happy to be able to rehab at home. The nurses, occupational therapist and especially PT have been wonderful. They have given me a chance to recover at home. That is a blessing.
