About CenterWell Home Health

CenterWell Home Health is a home health and hospice provider based in Little Rock, Arkansas, delivering care to patients in their own homes.

Families consistently praise individual therapists and their clinical skill. Several reviewers highlighted physical therapist Luke's encouragement and teaching approach, and occupational therapist Christina's personable, above-and-beyond care. One family wrote, "I was amazed at how professional kind intuitive and motivated this team is." However, reviews also surface significant friction: scheduling problems, poor communication between nursing and therapy departments, and in at least one case, lack of clarity when services ended. A few families noted that staff could be dismissive, one reviewer, a seasoned nurse, described the experience as "by far the worst home health" they had encountered.

CenterWell Home Health holds a 4.4/5 rating across 57 Google reviews. The split between five-star and three-star reviews suggests that experience varies meaningfully depending on the therapist assigned and how the care coordination is managed.

Being my first experience with home health and physical therapy, I was amazed at how professional kind intuitive and motivated.this team is. My therapists were DJ and Blake who were phenomenal and I was back on my feet in half the time I had been approved for. kudos to CenterWell for hiring knowledgeable and caring people

Poor scheduling, maybe nonexistent is a better word. Communication from both nursing and PT lacked professionalism. Both were rude to the patient. Yes, rude to the patient. Optimism was never include in the visits. Plan of care wasn't discussed- it was dictated. Apparently, based on the other reviews, we've been discharged without knowing. As a seasoned RN, this has been by far the worst home health experience for my family member and the supporting family. Would NOT recommend. I do have screenshots of the less than professional communication.

Staff members who came to my parents' home were nice and the physical therapy assistant was definitely helpful; however, communication was poor and when the service ended, they didn't realize the staff wasn't returning. The supervisor made a visit, and they didn't hear back. This service is connected to Humana Gold.

I had two of the best therapist that one could ask for my occupational therapist (Christina, I believe her name was) was great off the chain above and beyond very personable easy to communicate with, but stay on task. And the young man named Luke was my physical therapist. Worked me to death, made me love Every minute of my workouts he was just great.

Luke has beenphysical therapist. He teaches me how to exercise my body for most effective ways. Gaining control of my body. He is prompt, courteous. Respectful and he encourages me to do my homework. Encourages me to do more. I would have no other health care agency work for me. Sam his manager is very effective in his role of Evaluator. He? Is personable Prompt and courteous. All members of the teams that I have met from the center well are our well-trained well healed? Wonderful people. It has been very fruitful for me to have them in my home.
