I moved my loved one into assisted living and the staff worked hard to help me with all the paperwork. When I ran into a problem they had it worked out and solved in 30 minutes. Her apartment is cozy and bright, and the dining is outstanding. I feel that I can finally breathe easy about her care. I highly recommend this facility. Edited, May 2026 Now that my LO is settled into assisted living, I'd like to add to my positive review. The nurse on staff, Victoria, is simply amazing, as is the entire care team at Vitality. Working closely with Dr. Roudachevski and his nurse, Jamie, the Vitality care team has turned things around for her. The team is always available for my many questions; each time a schedule change is needed for medications; and to simply help me understand the process of my LO's condition. If you are facing the tough decision of placing a loved one in an assisted living facility, I encourage you to tour Vitality and meet with their management and care teams. They will honestly tell you if their facility is a good fit for what you need, and help you every step of the way on this journey. They are, quite literally, life savers!

Vitality did an awesome job honoring and celebrating their veteran's on Wednesday not to interfere with the national hoilday. It was truly heart warm and tears were shed at the gesture that out Veterans have not been forgotten! The decorations were fitting with the residents being recognized with certificates. A poem was read "l Am a Veterans, made us cry with honor. Thanks to Deborah McLane especially for helping pull this together Day to honored them officially in our presence. My parents moved in over a week ago and i can't say enough about this place. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is very good. They have done everything to make my parents feel at home. The staff is great but a special shoutout to Tawanna. She has gone above the call of duty to make our experience great. She is an angel.

Traditions of Smyrna offers a wide range of opportunities for growth by means of physical and occupational therapy as well as a variety of activities and entertainment that makes life more productive and enjoyable! All this is available under one roof no matter what the weather may be. Good food, comfortable living conditions, and fellowship with new friends! Above all, I appreciate the compassionate care of the staff!

Having relocated my cousin to traditions of Smyrna TN. I can honestly say it was the best move we could have made. Past 2 years she (even with so many heath concerns —legally blind). They have made her comfortable with her surroundings. Especially commend the activity director Beth Bandy EGD, She continues to include all types of activities for everyone. She is one super woman, caring for all
