It wasn't an easy decision to seek assistance with in home care. I was very hesitant about bringing strangers into our home to help care for my sweet mom. I researched several companies and my first call was to Synergy based on their reviews. Nina came out to meet us the same day that I called. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I researched and met with a few more companies but felt the most comfortable and confident with Synergy. Communication with Nina and Tuesday has been timely and thorough. I know that I can reach out at anytime and get a prompt response. Becky, mom's caregiver, has been a lifesaver! She has been taking wonderful care of my mom. She is kind, compassionate, and very patient not only with mom, but with me as well. After our first week with Becky, I knew we made the right choice and any hesitation that I had when we first started this journey is now gone. I know that my mom is in good hands while I'm at work. I would recommend Synergy to anyone looking for assistance with care at home! They are exactly what we needed.

Synergy was asked to provide care for my brother during a time that we had no one assigned to him. They worked to help a sister company. The professionalism and compassion of the company in helping us through trying times was well above any expectations. I highly recommend Synergy to anyone in need of a caregiver and support from a staff that truly cares about you. The caregiver assigned was very knowledgeable and walked in the first day putting us at ease. Having peace and a company that you can be assured to be there for you in trying times is #1 in my book and Synergy definitely fits the bill.
