This is one of the best companies to work for, the Owners, Supervisors, and Managers are very Thoughtful, considerate , professional, and passionate toward their clients and employees , they lead by example. They work hard to accommodate their clients, and employees; by being flexible and aware of real life circumstances, as long as you are being honest. This is a great company, and I really do enjoy working for them. Sincerely, Mrs Redix

What a fantastic team of people. My mother is currently in a nursing home in Arizona, I am looking to have her moved to Arkansas. The amount of time and energy that Sarah Scaife has spent answering all my questions and reassuring me has been greatly appreciated. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend giving them call ! You won’t be disappointed, my mother will be coming home soon and I wouldn’t trust any other agency!!! Thank you Sarah and Home Health Care Agency, you guys are amazing!!

as of today i have very little good to say of this agency. this is the end of week 3 of services that we have had. week 1 our caregiver was emma and we had no issues but she said she was quiting or something and would not be able to come back. that was the high point and everything else was down hill. they tried to set us up with another care giver but she was a no call no show and they rushed out another lady who had car troubles and instead of showing up at 7 they made it about 1030. We have a great dane who is afraid of his own water bowl but barks unless we can greet people with him, i had to have my wife rush home and take him to doggie day care; whatever ok lets reboot. that lady was angela. we were then set up with a primary and seconday caregiver; once again no show but they did call at 630 to say they were having issues and eventually showed up at 830 im not sure who that was and we moved into new years. contacted them again and was told we would try the same primary with a different secondary, first day a no show again and they rushed angela out late wednesday and she showed up on time today( thursday). thursday morning the VA called me and told me that we were being dropped as a client by home health of arkansas because of the dog and that they sent 7 caregivers out (only 2) and that no one would come out because of the dog. i called home health of arkansas and they claimed we refused to put the dog up or send him to daycare ( they never asked) and that they had no caregivers who would deal with the dog well only emma and angela met the dog and angela told me today when i sent her home that she was ok with atlas. tldr very poor communications to clients and even internally at the organization. i was angry when i called them today and they kept trying to talk over me. i hope they can fix there issues and find more people like emma to give care to those who need it
