We unfortunately were not familiar with Center for Hospice Care LaPorte when my mother was initially diagnosed with a terminal illness. What a different story it would have been for us all if we had. As her condition rapidly progressed and we were questioning the current care plan with our existing hospice - the most amazing Diana (as well as Nick) went above and beyond to help us switch and put my mother in the hands of CHC quick! This level of help shown to our family in a very difficult, stressful and urgent situation is still hard for me to comprehend. The patience and kindness will never be forgotten. My mother, who passed soon after, would never have been given the comfortable, peaceful departure that she had if Nick and Diana had not been the wonderful, dedicated people that they are. We are truly grateful beyond what our hearts could ever express.

Center for Hospice Care was absolutely wonderful when it came to the care of my grandfather. Polite, knowledgeable and most importantly communication was outstanding! The nurse that cared for him was Candice and she was sent from heaven above, an absolute angel. All of his needs were met as well as any needs our family had as a whole. I cannot recommend CHC enough.

The staff at Center for Hospice is friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming , compassionate, and dedicated to helping families. They are the ONLY non profit hospice in LaPorte County that has a standing office.
