This place is disgusting. My father was there very short term. It’s dirty and smells like feces. He was over medicated and not fed appropriately. I would give zero stars if possible. I would not send anyone you care for there.

Two weeks ago we toured Cedars for possible placement for my FIL. The staff was overall friendly and welcoming to my wife and I. What stood out most to us was our guided tour throughout the facility. Jessica was so helpful explaining how benefits worked, what our options were for next steps, and even digging into some of the topics my wife and I may have been dancing around just because they were generally difficult to discuss. There were times through out our tour that residents wanted her attention, she remained engaged with us and even invited one of their residents to share some of their experiences with us. Overall the facility as a whole didn’t meet our expectations in some areas, but it is clear that people in this facility truly do care about the work they are doing. I can’t remember everyone we met, but I wanted to extend an extremely huge thank you to everyone who was there to welcome us.

I recently paid a visit to the Cedars for a tour. I showed up unexpected and was very surprised of how accommodating everyone was. I was welcomed and greeted by the receptionist, employees passing by while I waited asked if I had already been helped or if there was anything they could do for me while I waited. I was greeted by the admissions director and she showed me around the whole facility. All the nurses on the floor were engaged with their patients, patients seemed happy and well taken care of. It smelled fresh and clean while I walked the halls. I had an opportunity to meet with a couple long term care residents and they couldn't say enough nice things and they truly think a lot of the staff. My father was a patient there at one point for rehab and had a wonderful experience. It makes my heart so happy to see not much as changed. Keep up the good job everyone! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
