My dad lived at Commonwealth for 6 months, but left at the end of April. They are still billing us and overcharged us almost the entire time we were there. Really high staff turnover. Awful, awful place.

The facility in Cockeysville, Maryland, has some serious issues. My mom lives there, and l've seen that the CNAs work incredibly hard but don't get the recognition they deserve. I've noticed that some CNAs And CMT'S arrive as late as 11 AM, leaving another caregiver to manage everything since the shift starts early! She mentioned they were understaffed, which is concerning. I rarely see the same friendly faces anymore, and it seems like coworkers are often unkind to each other and to families. This atmosphere needs improvement for everyone’s well being!<br><br>Additionally, they sometimes use face cloths instead of proper supplies for resident care, which isn't appropriate. I found a soiled cloth in my mom's laundry. This raises concerns about hygiene and proper care standards. Management is terrible, The facility needs new management that genuinely cares about the residents and their families, ensuring timely responses to concerns and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors.<br><br>It often feels like the staff rush out at the end of their shifts, leaving a mess behind. There have been instances where my mom was left soaked because she wasn't properly changed or put to bed. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. they don't genuinely care about the residents. I believe these issues need to be addressed to enhance the quality of care for everyone living there.
