My husband and I have been living at The Colonnades for almost 5 years. We are very pleased and happy to live here. Our fellow residents are friendly and fun and the team members that take care of all our needs are outstanding. There is a great positive feeling here. There are always a few who like to complain but they are a minority. I highly recommend The Colonnades for anyone who wishes to live a full and happy life in a community like The Colonnades. The Colonnades stands out in the areas I find most important: vibrancy, warmth, joyful engagement, a competent and compassionate staff, value, and beauty. I also appreciate the continuity of care provided on one campus. I understand there's a waiting list, but easily manageable if you're planning ahead!

My mother was a resident here for rehab after falling ill. She was welcomed graciously and treated very well. The facility was clean, and all of the staff were very friendly. The nursing staff and therapists (occupational and physical) were amazing! Cudos, however, to Courtney Pearman for being such a huge part in my mother's recovery. Not only did she go far and above for my mother but also welcomed the entire family. She answered all of our questions and went out of her way to accommodate my mother to be sure she was comfortable. The dining area was amazing as well as the food! My mother recovered fully after completing the entire program and has returned to living on her own at 91 years of age!! I highly recommend this facility! Huge success on returning those in recovery to their home living, rather than back to a hospital!

My wife and I have lived at The Colonnades for 5-1/2 years. We have been completely satisfied with our experiences here. The greatest pleasure is an extraordinary group of fellow residents who are edducated, accomplished and have led fascinating lives. The are very welcoming, friendly and warm. A large variety of activities are offered, both in-house and out within the larger community. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found our final home here.

My father is a new resident at The Colonnades. He was reticent at first, moving from Maryland, leaving a big house, and has been experiencing anxiety and some depression over the last year. Within a week of moving in, he’s a different person. He’s engaged, happy and can’t stop talking about all his new friends, the activities and the food. We’re so happy with our decision to move Pop in, and look forward to being a part of the community at The Colonnades for years to come.
