They did a decent job taking care of someone until they run your insurance out and don’t switch to Medicare like they are supposed to.Then all of the sudden nurses become rude and doctors don’t seem not know anything while robbing you blind for thousands of dollars out of your pocket.

My husband was treated with kindness and respect in (2024) which was the first time he had a temporary stay. However, this 3 week stay (2025) was the opposite. Several of the evening Nurses were rude and downright lazy. When I spoke to the Supervisor things changed for a day or two but then went back to the way they were. Please know there were a few great Nurses, I just wish they were there all the time. Nursing is a vocation not just a job!

This place is a death trap . My was refered for rehabilitation so I look up reviews so we thought they would help . My mom was in Cathedral village for no more than a month. First couple in the place a nurse cuss my mom out for asking for some pain medication after waiting for over a hour the nurse told her she not the only patient. I talked to the administration they said they would handle the situation. The food was trash . My mom complained saying she was feeling well chest pain mucus and a few other ask told the staff the my mom should be sent out to the hospital they kept saying that they ran test and that nothing was wrong. So we said well maybe she was caught a cold . I wish I would have listened to my soul and not the staff , mind you my mom was on blood pressure medicine so they said they would make sure that she was strong enough before they would change to a different pressure medication. I took the word for it and the next they put my mom on the new medication now that I think about it she went down fast after starting her on the new medicine. She pass away in two days of the medication. Also my mom went to this nursing home continent they was to lazy to take my mom to the restroom so they talk her in to diapers so they wouldn't have to take her to restroom when the rehab people came to work with my mom she was never wash and ready for rehab I had to start washing my mom because I noticed that they was washing her , one day I gave my mom a wash cloth to wash her hands and face . It look like mud on her wash cloth. after speaking to the administration again the staff would pretend to be so nice and harding , those couple of day prior to them give my mom the new meds when I came up to visit the halls was a ghost town . I knew something wasn't right, but it was to late and now she's gone ! I pray that this stop and they don't get away with this nonsense again with any body else family! God bless and stay away from this dump!

The hospital recommended my get physical therapy in a rehabilitation facility so I look at the reviews so I saw that Cathedral Village had a lot of good views. So from the hospital my mom went into Cathedral Village. This place was a mess .The staff was disrespectful. My mom had asked one of the RN’s for pain medication after she had been waiting for over a hour . The nurse on staff started cussing my mother out , telling her she not the only one . After I spoke with the administrator, The staff started put on a good act like they was doing they job . My mom passed in less than a month in this place . She ended up with two bed sores in two weeks of being in Cathedral Village.Mind you my mom came into Cathedral Village continent meaning no Diapers !! Ok! Now I keep telling the staff that something wasn’t right that they should send my mother out to the hospital, My mom and I keep telling the nurses that she wasn’t feeling well. They said that they ran test and that she was ok . So we thought . Maybe she was getting a cold , because they said that their was anything else going on , because they had rana test ! I also realized that they wasn’t giving mom good treatment or hygiene care . One day I went to clean off my mom hands and face ., Her skin was so dirty. I spoke with the staff numerous of times about my mom I started washing my mom myself. I couldn’t believe how much dirt was on my mother . They assured me that things would be better! Now I wish I would’ve followed my gut ,and got my mom out of the death hole !!I thought she was in good hands because she was in a place with nurses and doctors. That was the worst mistake of our lives “Cathedral Village”!!Because now she gone. After less than a month. So next time people listen to your gut! Smfh with tear and a broken heart! 💔😭

During my stay the staff at Cathedral Village was caring and compassionate but thoroughly professional. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I was admitted.
