My grandma was here and the staff is terrible they don’t go to her when she pushed her button, didn’t let go to sleep when she wanted to because it was “too early”.

Some of staff very nice and helpful but the rest are rude and not kind to patients which is unacceptable! No one answers the call bells. They seem very short staffed. Weekend/holiday staff have terrible attitudes! Food is not very good. There was a supposed Covid outbreak but half the staff did not wear masks going in and out of rooms. Do not send your loved ones here!!!!!!!!

Was an acceptable stay for the first several days. TODAY, I HAVE BEEN WAITING JUST ABOUT 90 MINUTES FOR MY CALL BELL TO BE ANSWERED. I’m 59 and immobile due to breaks from a fall on the ice. Just imagine how the very elderly must be taken care of. They also completely NEGLECTED TO BRING BREAKFAST to me today, even though I filled out a menu.

My brother received the most appalling (lack of) care at the Pine Run facility. The evidence of incompetence was disgraceful, and the unresponsive equivocations contribuded to added stress impeding his recovery. They can at best be described as unresponsive, neglegent, and derelict.
