Home Helpers expertly supported us in in-home care in conjunction with Hospice for my father. They were professional, assisted us navigate a difficult and emotional process, and were exceptionally compassionate helping ease my father's final days and support my mother. We hired Home Helpers to provide live-in care for my husband's elderly parents, and we have been extremely impressed with the level of care and supervision they provide. Our caregiver is amazing and my in-laws absolutely love her. She is very attentive to both of them and gets them out for walks whenever they are able to do that. She has even taken them out for a ride in their car, which my father-in-law talked about for weeks! The supervision is provided by nurses and is far beyond what we expected. They ensure a consistent level of care, and they keep in touch with both the family and the caregiver to make sure things are going well. We are extremely happy with Home Helpers!

My experience with Home Helpers has been amazing! My 86 yr old stepfather took a terrible fall in February and suddenly needed a lot of help (which I couldn't provide because I live out of state). Home helpers came to the rescue! Frank, Debbie, and the rest of the team there helped me find full-time professional and experienced care within days. The office staff helped with billing, filing the claim, coordinating schedules, and made the process easy for me to manage while I couldn't be there. They made frequent visits to check on the aides and ensure that both my stepfather and my mom were handling the situation well and that their needs were being met. Once my stepfather got better, they were very accommodating as I had to scale back hours and transition to care for my mother who also had an unexpected surgery and needed care herself. I trusted HH throughout the entire process to provide experienced aides and appropriate feedback for their care. Knowing that everyone from Home Helpers was there to help us gave me peace of mind and I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for in home professional care.
