This place is a joke. The nurses and aids are wonderful Administration is what gets me. Brenda sits in her office pretending to be 'busy' and her door is shut half the time so you can't even speak with her, you have to go through someone else. Then she blows you off like your family doesn't matter. I have heard from multiple nurses that she has created such a hostile environment to work in. I am glad we got my mother out of there ASAP! Do not waste your money or your time here with your loved ones!

My dad was a patient at the Casselman for about a month for physical therapy. I cannot say enough good things about the care he received. The staff was attentive, the nurses were excellent and everyone was friendly and helpful. My dad had a scary medical incident but two nurses were right there to provide assistance and averted a crisis. They went above and beyond. This was also my first rodeo with a nursing facility but the administrators answered every question I had, went over every aspect of my dad’s care, and made suggestions. They even helped me find a new place when he rose above needing skilled nursing. That was thanks to the fantastic PT he received. My dad has used a cane for balance for several years and still does outside on uneven terrain but inside he’s just fine without it. The physical therapist did an outstanding job. I highly recommend the Casselman Healthcare facility.

There is a great comfort in being a smaller building in a local community where staff can intimately know each resident and their specific needs.
