⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about Village Caregiving and my boss, Tasia. Working here has truly been a blessing. Tasia is one of the most caring, compassionate, and supportive bosses I’ve ever had. She genuinely wants to see her employees succeed. If you’re willing to work and put in the effort, she’ll give you the opportunity. She takes the time to teach, guide, encourage, and help you every step of the way. She doesn’t just see her employees as workers—she treats them like people, and that makes all the difference. Village Caregiving has been an amazing company to work for. They truly care about both their clients and their caregivers. The flexibility, communication, and support I’ve received have made me love what I do even more. It’s a wonderful feeling to work for a company that values compassion and strives to provide quality care to those who need it most. Tasia, Executive Director at Village Caregiving Cumberland, is truly one of a kind. She has such a big heart and genuinely treats every client like family. You can tell she cares deeply about the people she serves, she goes above and beyond to make sure each person is safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. This is now my place of employment I actually considered switching fields due to other employers but Tasia has made my transition to village Caregiving the easiest and best . She goes above and beyond for her clients and employees the training is out of this world!!! Cumberland is lucky that we have the privilege of having a home care business such as Village Caregiving in our Community!!! My experience with Village Caregiving has been truly remarkable. From the moment Tasia answered the phone, I knew we had found the caregiver we needed. She carefully walked me through the entire process of bringing my uncle home and helping him adjust to his new lifestyle. Every step of the way, she reassured me that he would be cared for with genuine love and attention. He was pleasantly surprised that she was the one bringing him home! I am confident that the caregiver now watching over my uncle will ensure he remains safe and well cared for, without returning to the nursing home or hospital.
