Update, I appreciate that the administration has taken our concerns seriously and we’re collaborating towards providing the right support for our father. And the staff that works directly with our father are very caring and genuinely concerned about his well being. For $880/day, we were promised full support after moving our father to CWV’s nursing center. Instead, evenings and weekends lack basic help, and even simple needs like using his phone go unmet. Despite raising these concerns multiple times, CWV has not meaningfully acknowledged the need for change.

Just called and spoke to Romeo. Probably the most knowledgeable person I've ever called, knew every answer to my questions and was so proud of the his work. Also was proud to be part of Carleton-Willard Village, talked about their high standards and amazing business model. I just had to leave a review because he was so great

This is a great retirement community. Sadly, the last time I visited was to attend my grandfather's memorial after he passed away. They put on such a beautiful service for him. He lived at Carleton-Williard for the last few years of his life and they always took good care of him, which was much appreciated by his family.

My grandmother chose Carlton Willard 18 years ago. At first it served the purpose of a resort (and well! we enjoyed staying with her!), then a safety net, then full care. The staff guided her and us through this process until the very end. 2 years ago I brought her by the integrated deli and she could not remember what she liked to eat. The 24 year old behind the counter intuited - "Mrs. M ---- would you like your favorite chicken sandwich?". In memory care, the staff always engaged her in activities, got her out to the garden. They were exceptional. Last night she passed with us at her side. The staff (after confirming we were COVID safe) encouraged my mother and uncles to share stories and play her favorite music all day, and last night set up cots for me and my mother. They guided her and us perfectly. As a physician, the staff at Carlton Willard have inspired me in my own work. Thank you Carlton Willard.

My step-mother has been at CW since 2009 - starting with independent living, moving to assisted living, and now in the memory unit. All the staff - professional, maintenance, food service, etc.- are top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend this continuing care facility
