The health aid that was assigned to my uncle from Caring Hearts, I don't believe did her job completely the way it states in the companies description unfortunately. Didn't do much of anything. I understand the companion part but for $36 a hour in these times..alot more should've been done. Couldn't even sweep the floor I mean come on. Left a few hours early one-day leaving the house a mess as well. I wouldn't recommend but then again maybe the rest of the staff is better 🤷♀️

LOVE these people. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Mom and Dad are safe at home. I haven't a worry in the world regarding their safety or how they are doing. My husband and I went back to Rochester for the holidays and realized that both Mom and Dad were declining and needed some help. We searched for the right company. John met with us while we were in town, and they started receiving care the following day. We feel so blessed that we found you Caring Hearts of Rochester. We need one of you in San Diego! A thousand and one thank you's!!

Caring Hearts stopped providing service to a needy patient, giving the family only 2 days notice. Instead of giving the family time to find a replacement service, they quit. You can believe this caused major stress on the family already badly stressed from the patient.<br><br>As far as workers, they have some good people. Many are kind and caring. However, a significant percentage of the staff do not belong in the job, have no interest in providing care, spend a majority of the time on their phone or watching their preferred TV stations, doing as little as they can get away with. It is clear that many are really just there for the paycheck and don't want to try or care to help.
