The health aid that was assigned to my uncle from Caring Hearts, I don't believe did her job completely the way it states in the companies description unfortunately. Didn't do much of anything. I understand the companion part but for $36 a hour in these times..alot more should've been done. Couldn't even sweep the floor I mean come on. Left a few hours early one-day leaving the house a mess as well. I wouldn't recommend but then again maybe the rest of the staff is better 🤷♀️

LOVE these people. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Mom and Dad are safe at home. I haven't a worry in the world regarding their safety or how they are doing. My husband and I went back to Rochester for the holidays and realized that both Mom and Dad were declining and needed some help. We searched for the right company. John met with us while we were in town, and they started receiving care the following day. We feel so blessed that we found you Caring Hearts of Rochester. We need one of you in San Diego! A thousand and one thank you's!!

My experience with the staff at Caring Hearts is exceptional. They are some of the most caring and thoughtful people. They are reliable and the best part is that they take the time to really know your loved ones and to treat them with gentleness and love.
