Company repeatedly failed to show up. In a year's time they may have actually showed up twice. Because of them I can't walk right because I injured my leg badly, could not get to a doctor to get it looked at and it healed wrong. In addition I had to go off a controlled substance medication cold turkey because they refused to show up to get me to the appointment for refills and my doctor couldn't refill if I wasn't there in person. I was sick for quite some time. Because of their negligence I have several health problems due to lack of treatment. I had no one else to drive me.

I only rated one star so I'd be able to leave a review. This is not a bad company, it's a good company offering a good service. They have Horrible Drivers. Drivers are not considerate of patients.
