I can’t say enough good things about this agency. From the moment I became a caretaker for my grandmother, Tina and Lynda have been nothing but kind, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. They truly care! not just about doing their job, but about the people they’re supporting. Every interaction with them has been respectful, compassionate, and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done by the book, and they’re always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. Caring Hands of Indian Trail, NC has been the most caring and amazing facility of care anyone could ask for. Lynda, the owner came out to meet with me and brought an aide with her to do a meet and greet before the aide started. I have been so pleased with the service. Lynda takes time to call you, to be sure that every thing is ok. Shakera, my aid has the biggest heart and she is very motivated and encouraging to help me. I would highly recommend Shakera. Caring Hands of Indian Trail are on my top list of getting the best service you need. They make you feel as your part of their family. It really means alot that there are people out here that do care about you.🌝❤
