My friend has help from this agency.The have no set schedules anymore, just pop in whenever they can which causes confusion for my friend with dementia! They chart things they did not do! I've walked in twice to a care giver playing games on her phone! Not sure what they are supposed to actually do!!!!! They confuse him more than help him.
