I was impressed by the friendly and caring staff that I encountered on my visit. A lot of smiles and activity by the staff doing their jobs. Definitely a sign of good management and protocol. Not the largest high profile facility but one that seams to being as good or better doing their job with caring and smiles to reassure the patients they are in good hands. " God bless all of xou for taking care of those who can not"! Phillip Criswell 2/18/26

Checked in for first time. Glad to see that they make sure who is in the building. Patient room was a little bit warm, even with door open. Staff very helpful.

The state should consider building a new facility. The workers are great from the caregivers the administration and the dining hall (kitchen). They deserve a new facility and the the patients as well. ❤️
