My mother is a patient here, DO NOT place your loved one here! You walk in and the smell of old urine smacks you in the face. 3-6 patients share a restroom. Rooms and restrooms are cleaned at certain times…. Not when needed to be cleaned. I witnessed a 4foot female demented patient being manhandled by a 6.5 staff member. The admin Remy says, “he’s use to the offensive odor” and “it can’t be helped because patients and rooms are cleaned on a schedule, not when needed.” Then he went on to say, “I can provide my own supplies and clean my moms room myself and or ……. Transfer her to another facility”. They are doing the bare minimum! Neglect at the very least

All I can say is that one of the staff was being so nice to my dad. His name is David. He wasn't actually working for the floor my dad was living on. He was from a different floor but he was covering the desk. He is a really nice guy. I heard so many bad reviews about this rehabilitation center before but David actually done a very good job with one of the best customer service I have seen at the rehab center.

This rehab is terrible do not send your family or friends here. The nurses are horrible they ignore the patients needs. My grandma was just there and we had to take her out cause of elder abuse she wasnt getting her medicine and the made her sit in her pee for hours.Ny grandma has stage 4 cancer and she needs her meds and they refused to give them to her. I watched them not feed other people in there aswell and let them sit for hours without food. This place is horrible don’t send your family her to this rehab.

This is the worse place ever. I don’t even give the a 1 star. Never allow your family member to go to this place. It needs to be closed or all management fired and replaced along with most of their staff. My mom has was in there for a I week and I took her out. She cannot walk and has stage 4 cancer. She was left in her pee for hours, she was left unattended for hours, she was just n a lot of pain from her fall and her cancer they ran out of her prescription and she did not get it for 2 days, the nurses are extremely rude, unprofessional and do not care about the patients. My mom had chemo the staff assured me that they would bring her days before her appointment. The day of my moms chemo appointment my mom called me and told me that they were not bringing her to her chemotherapy appointment. This is just a few things that has happened to me mom in 1 week of her being there. There is more. Please don’t send your loved one to this place. My mom and others have experienced neglect and abuse there. I made serval complaints nothing was done. I call the Mass board and the police and filed a police report. Let’s see what happens

Please read this before you choose this center. my dad went there after his surgery. He lost weight from 137 lbs to 128 lbs in first two weeks. We were so concerned then the management let us send food to feed my dad, seems the place did not know that my dad lost the ability to eat by himself. But the front desk gave us a hard time doing this. On the third time, they kept us wait for two hours to give lunch to him. On fourth week, they moved my dad to another room without telling us and even the case manger. My dad managed to call me as he was afraid of the new unfamiliar room. We decided to take my dad home that next day. They agree to provide transportation around 11am but we waited until 440pm my dad was still not home. We called and the front desk could not locate my dad. I drove there and Found out my dad had been kept in the waiting center all day long and Was forgotten. They even lost his pajamas and a wool sweater, and the jacket had dirty stuff on it. I do not recommend this place.
