I enjoy coming to see my mom every Thursday to play bingo. We have great laughs. The staff is great here and they help in a lot of ways. The staff listen to the patients and try very hard to make everyone happy. This place has helped my mother more than they know. They show respect to her. Thank you all for your support.

My friend has been in rehab for a month at Capri. She thinks you have the best staff going ... and this lady is VERY FUSSY. She got a full shower and massage from Jennifer like no one has ever given her ! Whenever I go there, the place is extremely clean, friendly and inviting. The rooms are nice and relaxing. Thank you for taking such good care of my friend ! ❤️

If I could give a lower score i would... My Aunt broke her hip and this is where she was sent after her hospital stay. Arrived at 3pm during a shift change. Would not provide a walker, just a wheelchair. Waited 2.5 hours and no nurse came to see her before I needed to leave. When arrived early next morning, she was sitting up on side of bed, attempting to get out, with no help. Put diapers on her overnight even though she is not incontinent, would just need help getting up to go to bathroom. When call button pushed, typically no answer for long periods of time. Bathroom in her assigned room was DISGUSTING. Worn diaper left on floor, and toilet was covered in feces. Toilet was also clogged, almost spilled over when flushed. When aide got her dressed in morning, they did not feed her foley through her clothes, instead had it up the back of her underwear and pants, causing it to pinch and her to be uncomfortable I don’t think there was any cleaning of her foley the entire time she had it in at this rehab. Overnight she pulled out the foley on her own, Nurse called doc who, instead of reading her chart / orders, said to it put back in. When I arrived the next morning, I noticed it was a new line and it was completely dry. I inquired, as it was supposed to be removed. Nurse argued with me about it, when he reviewed her orders, he discovered I was correct Also, when they put in the new foley, they did not put it in her urethra. Nurse also argued with me about her meds. He did not know that Amoxicillin / clavulanate was Augmentin as I expressed concerns about a UTI. We pulled her out of this center the next day and arranged for our own continuance of care. Turns out she did have a UTI. I did not find that this rehab had many competent medical professionals, and I warn anyone who chooses to go here to speak up advocate for yourself!

Lovely reception at the facility, Patty helped us understand the system and gave us great information. Nursing staff was helpful and attentive.
