I had a good group of ladies that was with me. Alex and Shannon was here for my therapy, they did as much as they could. The nurses were great also. Nicle and Judy. When I was sick a couple of times they was on the phone with the Dr's making sure I was taken care of. I honestly can say they were wonderful ladies!

The TCU is phenomenal.... Fantastic nursing, therapists, aides and support staff. Highly recommended.. The rooms are very nice with your own kitchenette. Many rooms have a balcony which is very roomy as well. I can't say enough..

The staff is very kind and friendly. However, when I was in beyond severe pain, they insisted that I be polite when they were not ready to assist me getting back to bed. Mealtime was the worst. If I got back at Mealtime, I had to sit in excruciating pain until the Meals were served. I have yet to get my CT scan of my entire back. The food was top notch in my opinion. It was kept to the prospective menu that was given. The kitchen staff read my notes to them from the returning tray. They accommodated my requests quite admirably. If it wasn't such a long ride to my appointments, it would have been perfectly enjoyable. I have an MRI of my pelvis that a surgeon needs to decide on what procedure is needed. The pain became as bad as labor pains without letup while sitting. There needs to be accommodations for the resident to lie prone for the times needed to go to appointments.

Michelle Spencer is a motivated and conscientious person. She always has a positive attitude and is quick to respond to all requests. She will go out of her way to coordinate services when there is a need, and will personally meet with patients to explain the available services provided by your company. She is the key to our referrals to Capital!
