The Social Worker Taylor is amazing. So helpful with anything we need done.
She goes out of the way to help the patients!! Even delivered something for the patient after discharge because it was not supposed to be sent to the facility.. it was supposed to go to her home!!
The facility doesn’t smell bad anymore either.

This place is horrid my uncle was there and as an aide I don’t recommend sending anyone here. He got nothing but bed sores the staff wouldn’t clean him properly. Wound care was never done properly the staff was rude to him and ignored him and other residents call light.
