Wife got sent there after lower leg amputation...they forced her out in 2 1/2 weeks...we found out later they told the insurance company that she had a wound on her foot so they naturally quit paying..then they made us arrange for our own transportation to get her home, they gave us a list to call and the only one I could get was a guy from WVa. who basically used his own vehicle that was no way equipped for such transport..got her in the vehicle with the help of a couple of nurse's/aids...he drove her to our house where I met him and she fell on the ground when me and just him tried to put her in the wheelchair and we had to call the EMTs to get her up and they took her to ELCH to get checked out...we were totally unprepared for the sudden life change of self home care which was a nightmare ..I learned to take care of her myself after time went by but she still needed longer term care..btw nurse's aids don't get paid enough...and thank God my church stepped up bigtime to put a handicap friendly deck on our house (another church had offered also)..management seemed awful anxious to get her out for whatever reason..so alittle fyi buyer beware and maybe go elsewhere..if that even matters anymore
