They were horrible. My mom was here a week. They never got her out of bed. They sent her to the ER (not an emergency) with no teeth, no glasses and an open back hospital gown with no under garments. Also no socks or shoes. They lost her medication. When I called to pick it up I was told it was no where to be found. They also lost two pairs of sweat pants and a night gown. Strange because I left notes I was to do her laundry. Horrible place that has no care for people.

Brother n law was there, got showers 2 x week. Dirty clothes on, bed not changed sister n law did it 4x week. Clothes always missing, infection returned cause wounds werent changed but 1x week. Then when family said something of the care, they threw him out in 5 days.

My mother wasn’t there 24 hours and a nurse (misty) screamed at my mother and when we came back next morning there was blood in my mothers eye, we were told that she poked herself in eye and that there was a incident report done and assumed Dr was called going into 48 hours of her being there, a nurse told my sister that she couldn’t find no incident report but she called the Dr to get my mother taken care of the only reason why our mother is still there and that they got 1 star from me is because of this wonderful nurse and the fact my mom needs rehab and knowone else will take her. But it’s not over yet, we’re going to tmw and if this isn’t resolved, my mother will be leaving

Both my brother in-law and his wife were at sienna woods. The nurses and aids were very kind and compassionate. The staff was willing to help anyway they could. I would definitely recommend this facility.
