I suppose everyone’s experience is different but it’s my opinion that this place does not deserve the bad reviews. Not to say those things didn’t occur because I can’t speak on that. What I can speak on is my own experience. I found out a lil over a month ago that my estranged mother was in this nursing home, totally paralyzed and may not live much longer. I ran the reviews of this nursing home and was afraid. I made the 4hr drive to come and reunite with her and let her know that I forgive her and try to bring her some peace. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door. My mom was in the common area and has been other times since. She had a drink when I went into her room, she is clean, she doesn’t have any bed sores. The staff has been very pleasant and as helpful as they can be. They didn’t know that was coming either time that I’ve been so they had no time to “prepare” her before hand. I have spoken with a few staff that were possibly a lil more stressed then other in that moment but can you blame them?!? That job is difficult! It is physically and emotionally taxing. And I want every single person there to know how much I appreciate them and that they take care such good care of my mom. They all speak of her with genuine affection. I don’t care what anyone says about this place I can tell that they’re genuine. I can tell that they care. And I appreciate it so very much. The history between my mom and myself is not good by any means but no one deserves to feel sad and alone in the end days of their life. I am thankful to the people that are there for my mom when I can’t be. Thank you. May God bless each of you.

This place is very poorly staffed. We have witnessed 2 assault incidents which the staff lied. 4 days with no shower. Paint is horrific. A/C goes out regularly. Never have ice in drinks in the room. Staff is very unfriendly. Mold in shower rooms. Told housekeeping isn’t there after 3 o’clock by other staff. Carpet is filthy as well as dining room chairs. The only covered area outside is reserved for staff. Took 6 hours to get a puddle of urine cleaned in shared bathroom.

Administration doesn't know how to properly run a nursing home. 2 aids on nights is nowhere enough and probably a violation.

This place is the worst nursing home I have ever seen. They tried to force feed my relative, and let her get multiple bed sores. She' went in on hospice care and was there less than a month. They never combed her hair or bathed her properly. She passed with the sores on her backside and a knott in the back of her head. They then tried to scare my niece into paying what Medicare and Medicaid did not cover. AWEFUL
