We had a great experience with Ideal Home Health. Staff and nurses are not only very knowledgeable about disease processes but also sensitive to the complex issues facing families. They always ALWAYS respond to messages and answer questions and don’t put their ego before patient care. They truly cared about my dad as a person. Not just a patient. Highly recommend.
